Obituary of Cruz Perez Sanchez

On Monday August 15, 2022 Cruz P. Sanchez a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather passed away. He was 79 years old, Born to Luis P. Dias y Mercedes Sanchez. Married to Angelita Gorena Sanchez for 27 years. Worked at Leatherback Industries local paper mill plant, retired with Union. His hobbies included; working on cars, fishing, camping, gardening, bird watching, listening to music. He had a special way of communicating with everyone with music; all walks of life. He had an open door policy for all his kids and grandkids which often extended to everyone within listening range. He is survived by all his 5 children, Cruz Jr., Virginia Rodriguez, James Sanchez, Maggie Gonzalez, Mersedez Renteria. He had (11) grandchildren (5) great grand kids. His love to help his fellow man or woman in need of help; was met on the spot. Surpassed any other ambition or desire he ever had in his life. I only wish I can be as; Kind, endearing, compassionate, and empathetic as my father was to the very end. Best known to his catch phrase; “Yeah Right”. Service will be held: Grunnagle Funeral Home.
