Obituary of Justine Lauren Simas Smith
Justine Lauren Smith sadly left this world unexpectedly May 29, 2022 at age 22.
She is survived by her loving parents Ricky Smith & Kris Simas; Grandparents June Powell, Becky Smith & Tommy Smith; Aunts & Uncles Tammie (Tom) Eich, Rod (Angela) Simas, Tanya (Tommy) John, and Doug Powell; Great Aunts Carol Leinenbach, Debbie (Jim) Ransdell, and Carol Latham; Great Uncle Gary Simas; Cousins Anthony Simas, Trevor & Tanner John, and Bella Powell; Godparents Suzette & Ruben Chacon, and Danelle Milazzo; and numerous other family members & very close friends. Justine was greeted in Heaven by her Grandpa Greg, Papa Larry and Great Aunt Pat Willis.
Justine was born in Salinas, CA October 21, 1999. She lived in Prunedale, CA until she was 2 1/2 years old. In 2002 she moved to Hollister, CA with her parents where she attended Spring Grove and San Benito High School graduating in 2017. Justine also spent a few years in San Luis Obispo while she attended college and worked. She recently moved back home and was planning to attend Esthetician school in the Fall.
Justine had a passion for beauty and fashion. She had many interests from spending hours at the beach, or on her phone, with friends & family, listening to music, hiking, riding motorcycles, shopping, to riding her horses & showing off her real cowgirl skills.
Justine was a beautiful, witty, out-going, caring and had a loving soul. Her energy and free-spirited personality attracted so many wonderful people that she shared her life with. She will always be remembered by her infectious laughter and radiant smile.
Justine definitely lived her life to the fullest. She will be deeply missed by ALL that knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Pet Friends; United Way of San Benito County or a Local charity of your choice.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 18th from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with Celebration of Life Services beginning at 3:00 p.m. A Reception will follow.
