Obituary of Thomas Ronald Larios

Please share a memory of Thomas to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Thomas Ronald Larios, known as Tom or Tommy by his family and friends was born in Hollister, CA on 1/6/1955 to Edward and Betty Larios. Tom passed away in Marysville, CA on 5/21/ 2022, due to Heart Failure and Kidney Cancer. Although he loved the time he spent with family and friends, his happy place was riding horses or working cattle on any one of the ranches in San Benito and Santa Clara County that he grew up or worked on throughout his life. He had great patience for the horses whether riding them or shoeing them that not many people have. We always said he was born 100 years too late as he loved the old time ways of life and was full of knowledge on the histories of most of the San Benito County ranches. Tom lived in San Benito County most of his life, but moved to Marysville in 2014 to be near his son, grandson and other family members. He loved working side by side with his son and grandson on the endless projects at either house, while helping teach his grandson some country boy life skills such as using power tools, operating the tractors, welding, stacking hay and putting in a good days work. Tom is survived by his wife Cheryl, son Tony (Teresa), grandson Jacob, sister Ida, brother Philip (Patty), mother-in-law Barbara Corona, sister-in-law Caryn Paidl, brother-in-law Mark Cirelli (Kim) and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, brother Eddie, father-in-law Bob Cirelli and brother in-law Michael Paidl.
