Obituary of Sarah Williams

Sarah Lynn Williams transitioned up to the Good Lord on April 7 2022, following a 3 year battle with Pulmonary Hypertension Right Heart Failure. Sarah was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose California, on June 28, 1983. After a 10 day stay in the preemie nursery, she was brought home to Hollister with her loving parents, David and Sandra Williams. Sarah was raised in San Benito County, she attended Fremont Elementary, Marguerite Maze, and San Benito High School. She enjoyed playing softball with Hollister Heat and was a member of 4-H where she learned of her love for all animals, great and small, while showing cattle, sheep and pigs. Sarah was gifted with a talent of fixing and repairing so many things, an extremely hard worker, always ready and willing to help others. She had a deep love for her family and cats. She enjoyed cooking and crafts, and was a passionate advocate for animal rescue. Sarah is survived by her son, Matthew Vargas; her parents, Dave and Sandy Williams; sisters, Lindsay (Mark) Carreiro, Melissa (Jamie) Casillas, and Jen (Mike) Waller; her nieces and nephews: McKenna, Jaya, Connor, Chase, Mason and Miranda. Rest in Peace, Sarah Lynn. You are loved. A private celebration of life will be held with her family on May 14, 2022. "In lieu of flowers, Donations are preferred to: Cat Crew Rescue."
