Obituary of Israel Leonardo Rodriguez

Israel Leonardo Quintana-Rodriguez (AKA Izzy), passed away July 3, 2021 at the age of 38 in Hollister, California at his place of residence. Izzy was born in San Jose, CA to his parents Leonardo and Lupe Rodriguez on September 29, 1982. He went to Burges High School in Texas, and graduated in 2000 at Westmont High School in Campbell, CA. Later, went on to study at Gavilan College in Gilroy, Ca. Izzy was a loving, forgiving, brother and friend. Izzy enjoyed being an uncle and a Godfather, a generous man. Izzy always possessed a strong spirit of family and friends. Izzy had an infectious smile and made anyone feel comfortable around him. Izzy loved life and brought positivity around him. Izzy made anyone smile! Izzy had a big heart and could not turn those who needed help away. Izzy made life simple and that is the way he led his life. Izzy is resting in peace. Services will be held on July 15, 2021 at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home, 870 San Benito Street, Hollister, Ca 95023. A Celebration of Life will be held at Memorial Park, located at 870 Memorial Dr., Hollister, Ca 95023.
