Obituary of Benito Mendoza

Please share a memory of Benito to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Benito Mendoza Negrete, age 59 tragically passed away January 29, 2022 due to COVID. Benito was born Sept. 5th 1962 in Mexico. He came to the United States at the age of 7, where he continued his education and received his High school diploma at Mt. Pleasant in San Jose. At the age of 34 he began his career with Davey Tree where he worked for 25 years to support his family. Benito was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family, whether it was taking them out every weekend or spending quality time at home. He loved and adored his grandchildren very deeply anything they would ask grandpa would do or buy to keep them happy. One of the hobbies that he enjoyed doing on his free time was working on his cars and keeping them clean and detailed. Every time he had the chance to go to a Davey Tree soccer tournament he would volunteer and sign up so that we could watch him play, even if the team never won a match. Benito was a very positive man, he was considered the problem solver of the family and found solutions to everything with ease. Benito was a very reliable and honest man, if you needed him he was always there to lend a helping hand. He kept all the promises ever made to everyone. He was also a very respectful, charismatic, funny, loving, and warm person, you could easily talk to him with ease and he would listen without no judgement. Benito Mendoza Negrete is survived by his beloved wife Maria Mendoza, his three children, Marla Mendoza, Carolina Mendoza, Benny Mendoza, and his four grandchildren, Miguel Reyes, Yannis Reyes, Angelize Farias, and Evannie Farias.
