San Juanita Gandaria, 74, passed away on May 3, 2026. She was born on August 12,

1951, in Placedo, Texas, and lived a life centered on love, family, and faith.

San Juanita met the love of her life, Enrique Gandaria, in Hollister, California. They

shared 54 wonderful years of marriage together and built a loving family that remained

the center of her life. She enjoyed playing bingo, visiting casinos, and especially

cherished spending time with loved ones during her favorite holidays, Easter and

Christmas. Her warmth, strength, and caring heart will be deeply missed by all who

knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Enrique Gandaria; her children Cristina Barrientos

(Rudy), Enrique Gandaria Jr. (Sulma), Denice Gandaria, and Carlos Gandaria (Monica);

her grandchildren Rudy Barrientos Jr. (Amber), Robert Barrientos, Ruben Barrientos,

Rene Barrientos, Steven Jimenez, Paulyne Gandaria, Julian Gandaria, and Emilio

Gandaria; and her great-grandchildren Hayley Acuña, Hayden Barrientos, and Layla

Barrientos.

She is also survived by her siblings Maria Estrada, Linda Loya, Irma Alejos, Lupe

Aubuchon, Richard Lopez, Jimmy Lopez, Diana Solis, Rachel Martinez, and Cathy

Urbina, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ninfa and Carmen Lopez, and her siblings

Maria Elena Lopez, Carlos Lopez and Angelina Lopez.
