Cecilia Gonzalez Martin (Ornelas) falleció en paz a los 86 años de edad, el 30 de Septiembre, 2025 en Palo Alto, California.

Cecilia nacio el 14 de Septiembre de 1939 en Atemajac del Valle, Jalisco, Mexico, fue hija de Apolonio Gonzalez Garcia y Severiana Ornelas Soto.

El 4 de Noviembre de 1956 se caso con Aristeo Martin Ruvalcaba con quien compartió su vida por 66 años hasta su fallecimiento en el año 2023.

Le sobreviven sus tres hijos Esther Martin (Joel Ramirez), David Martin (Josefina) y Sofia Hauser (Barry). Sus 9 nietos, Joel, Melissa y Edgar (Esther), Monserrat, David y Amaia (David) y Alicia, Richard y Michael (Sofia). Tambien llego a conocer a su primer bisnieta Gallile (Monserrat). Le sobrevivien tres hermanos Ema, Ildefonso y Rosalina.

Cecilia vivió su vida con positivismo, alegria y sobre todo mucha fé, fue una gran esposa, madre, abuela, hija, hermana, tía y amiga. Fue una mujer de Fé, siempre dispuesta a ayudar a quien lo necesitaba, respetuosa, siempre lista para escuchar y dar un consejo fue un gran ejemplo para toda su familia. Amó las flores, la musica de mariachi, el clima frio, la nieve, la lluvia y sobre todo era muy feliz rodeada de su familia.

Cecilia Gonzalez Martin (Ornelas) passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on September 30, 2025, in Palo Alto, California.

Cecilia was born on September 14, 1939, in Atemajac del Valle, Jalisco, Mexico, to Apolonio Gonzalez Garcia and Severiana Ornelas Soto.

On November 4, 1956, she married Aristeo Martin Ruvalcaba, with whom she shared her life for 66 years until he passed away in 2023.

She is survived by her three children: Esther Martin (Joel Ramirez), David Martin (Josefina), and Sofia Hauser (Barry). Her nine grandchildren: Joel, Melissa, and Edgar (Esther), Monserrat, David, and Amaia (David), and Alicia, Richard, and Michael (Sofia). She also met her first great-granddaughter, Gallile (Monserrat). She also is survived by three siblings: Ema, Ildefonso, and Rosalina.

Cecilia lived her life with positivity, joy, and above all, a lot of faith. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a woman of faith, always willing to help those in need, respectful, always ready to listen and offer advice, and a great example for her entire family. She loved mariachi music, flowers, cold weather, snow, rain, and above all, she was the happiest when surrounded by her family.
