Edwardo “Lalo” Alfaro, age 45, of Hollister, California, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025. He was born on July 31, 1980, and was a beloved husband, father, son, and friend.

Lalo dedicated his life not only to his family but also to his work. He proudly served as a Senior Juvenile Institutions Officer with Monterey County Probation, where he was deeply respected for his dedication, compassion, and leadership. His commitment to guiding and supporting youth reflected his deep care for others and his desire to make a positive difference in his community.

He was a devoted husband to Maria and a proud father to his sons, Eddie and Andy, who were the joy of his life. His presence filled every room with laughter and light, and he will be remembered for his kindness, his strong spirit, and the love he gave so freely.

He is survived by his wife, Maria, his sons Eddie and Andy, his parents, siblings, and extended family who loved him dearly. Lalo’s memory will forever live on in their hearts.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home in Hollister, CA.
