Obituary of Ralph R. Torres

Ralph R. Torres passed away in San Jose, California on December 5th, 2017 at the age of 81.

Ralph was born in Westmorland, California and raised in Hollister, California. He attended San Benito High School. He served three years in the United States Army stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington with his wife Elena and firstborn daughter Lupe. He was employed at Leatherback Industries and later became a truck driver for Star Concrete. 

He is survived by his wife Elena Torres, his three daughters: Lupe Perez, Delia Torres and Elvira Torres; grandchildren: Corina Perez, Priscilla Perez, Andrea Ortega, Michelle Fletes, Amanda Fonseca, Jasmine Gonzalez, Jose Ralph Guzman and Christa Guzman; great-grandchildren: Cassandra Vallejo, Emilio Vallejo, Isaias Perez, Martiza Perez, Audrina Ortega, Pedro Ortega IV, and Tiffany Fonseca; and his great-great granddaughter Annalieyah Vallejo

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 12th at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

On Wednesday, December 13th, family and friends will meet at Sacred Heart Church at 11:00 am for a Mass of the Resurrection.

Interment will be Thursday, December 14th at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella California at 11:30 a.m.
